Bridget Salisbury

As we flow through the rhythm of life we must turn inward and connect to our body, mind, and spirit. Yoga allows us to create space from within so we can reach our fullest potential in life. I am honored to bring OMNI YOGA to the community of Los Osos. I truly believe that yoga can transform the way we live and see ourselves in the world. It’s a blessing to share my knowledge of yoga with each and every one of you and to be able to create a space where we can all grow into our own practice together yet individually. In my youth I studied Ballet and learned a deep awareness of physical movement and kinetic mobility. I began my yoga practice as a teenager and it has not only taken me on a path to physical health but has shown me a new way of living everyday life to its full capacity. Studying both the mind and body has tremendously strengthened my awareness on how thought patterns affect the nature of our physical well-being. Bridget Salisbury completed her 200-hour certification at the Yoga Center in San Luis Obispo, California and she graduated from Antioch University with a BA in Psychology.

Natalie Winsell

Natalie’s yoga journey started years ago; after suffering from various running injuries, she was looking for a way to get exercise while allowing her body to recover. Yoga quickly became her go-to; she loved the way vinyasa-style classes helped heal her body and nourish her soul, while giving her the workout she was looking for. Natalie felt compelled to share these benefits with others and completed her 200-hour teacher training in Newport Beach. Now in school to become a Holistic Health Coach, she has a passion for helping others and feels that to be able to do that through the practice of yoga is the greatest gift. She believes that the practice is full of so many benefits, both physical and mental, and finds such joy in sharing them with her students. To her, there is nothing better than to see a shift in her students from when they entered the class to when they leave their mat and, through her fast-paced Vinyasa Flow classes, Natalie hopes to help her students feel strengthened, lengthened and toned, while finding peace of mind in this hectic thing called life. She continues to take classes and workshops outside of her teaching, knowing there is always more to be learned. Natalie hopes to always be deepening her practice and finding new things to share with those she is lucky enough to teach.
